STYRIAN SOUNDS 2020 ON AIR * 19.11. – 21.11. on Radio Soundportal

The current situation, caused by the COVID-19 crisis, unfortunately makes it impossible to hold STYRIAN SOUNDS 2020 live at the PPC on 2 stages. The festival of Styrian pop culture is being postponed to 2021 – tickets already bought remain valid for the new date.

We hoped and deliberated for a long time and waited until autumn. STYRIAN SOUNDS is undisputedly the festival of Styrian pop culture and thus the most important local music festival for the home scene. It is a “live” event and thrives on exchange with the audience. Stages running in parallel, 50 bands, several thousand festival visitors over 3 days – all of that would unfortunately not be possible under the given conditions. The additional responsibility towards the audience and the roughly 200 artists every year makes this step unfortunately necessary.

The Corona crisis has hit the music industry particularly hard, and due to a lack of planning security, future live concerts at sufficient capacity remain a distant prospect.
Radio Soundportal supports the Styrian scene in these difficult times and, from Thu 19 – Sat 21 November 2020, brings you the festival radio „Styrian Sounds on air“ every day.

Interviews, exclusive DJ sets & live performances, best-of look-backs, updates, “Hotspot National” and competitions await, featuring Granada, The Base, My Ugly Clementine, Yukno, Rote Augen, Dero & Klumzy, Marina & The Kats, Candlelight Ficus, Vida Noa, Gnackwatschn, The Uptown Monotones … and many more!
