Round Table 27 November 2015 | 4:30 pm designforum Steiermark | Andreas-Hofer-Platz 17, 8010 Graz The position of recording studios in Music Production 2.0 Is the recording studio a “retro crypt” for ageing music producers, or still the technical and creative hub of modern audio production? Have room acoustics and high-end technical equipment become a kind of hobby for “gearheads”, or are they still the foundation of a music production that meets international standards? What conditions must the recording studio of today (and tomorrow) meet in order to remain an established fixture in the music industry? Andreas Fabianek (The Fab Productions), Kurt Strohmeier (Musicgarden), Tom Zwanzger (S.T.R.E.S.S.-Studio) and Viktor Beck (musician and producer) will get to the bottom of these and other questions at Music Camp 2015 at designforum Steiermark.
